We aim to reply as soon as we can. When possible, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

3. Subscription help
TimberLab subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play when purchased there. If billing or renewal behavior looks wrong, first check your store subscription settings. If something still looks off inside TimberLab, email us and include the account email or sign-in method you used.
4. Account and privacy help
If you use a signed-in TimberLab account, you can use the in-app account deletion flow when available. For privacy questions, data requests, or help clearing an account issue, email shany.solt@gmail.com.
